Connect and Grow Playgroup- ages 0-6 months

We talk all things mental health, motherhood, baby care and development. Each class will follow the same format: 

·  Check ins – win and challenge each week

·  Breathing and stretches for mom

·  Welcome songs and warm up for baby

·  Discuss weekly topics for mom and baby

·  Tummy time, baby massage

·  Calm down and closing of class

Week 1: Mom topic is breathing exercises, baby topic is gas, digestion, GERD

Week 2: Mom topic- posture while caring for your baby and healing from birth, baby topic- feeding

Week 3: Mom topic- mental health, baby topic: sleep

Week 4: Mom topic- exercise, baby topic: intro to solid foods

Week 5: Mom topic: ergonomics, baby topic- baby containers

Week 6: Mom topic:  What do you value and how to find time to do it, Baby topic: Teething
