What to expect for each week:

  • Welcome and Check In: All moms share their name, baby's name, their location, one amazing moment and one challenge from the past week
  • Breathing and Stretches For Mom
  • Welcome Songs for Baby
  • Discuss Weekly Topics for Mom and Baby: Each week there will be one discussion topic around issues and information related to mom, and one discussion topic for baby. hear from other moms, while also having a professional to check in with.
  • Tummy Time Practice and Tips
  • Calm Down and Closing of Class
