We talk all things mental health, motherhood, baby care and development. Each class will follow the same format:
· Check ins – win and challenge each week
· Breathing and stretches for mom
· Welcome songs and warm up for baby
· Discuss weekly topics for mom and baby
· Tummy time, baby massage
· Calm down and closing of class
