Well, it's been quite a year!
Highlights:
Connect and Grow baby classes! I'm so grateful for the little community of families and babies that has formed this year.
Peaceful Transitions OT became an LLC!
I went on a 4 day "Brave-cation" - Mama retreat filled with pampering, self-care, and challenging internal work
WeVenture Conference 2022 and business coaching
First Annual "Shine a Light on Maternal Mental Health" walk
Challenges:
I was in a rear-end collision and ended up with 2 bulging discs in my neck and lower back, as well as a partial rotator cuff tear
My dad had a major fall resulting in a brain injury (he is doing rehab and making amazing gains!)
Three out of four of my children are now in school!
