Seasons of Change and Gratitude

Checking in to say thank you to all who came out to our 2nd Annual Shine A Light On Maternal Mental Health Walk on the beach this past May! We had a wonderful turnout and a morning full of conversation, support, and community.

It's been a season of change for me and my family over the last few months. Phil and I purchased a new home, I started a new job, and the kids are home for summer. And it's not been sunshine and rainbows the whole time. What I am finding, is that this is life. Life is full of love and loss, ups and downs, joy, tenderness, grace, and passion. The only constant is change. So I am leaning in to the changes, and taking some time to nurture myself and my family in this season.

Thank you to all of my clients and families for allowing me to support you in early parenthood through home visits, phone calls, texts, and in person support. It is because of you that I am able to keep my business going!

Stay tuned for more updates this year!

Thank you for sharing. Change can certainly overwhelm. I applaud the way that you and Phil have weathered so many changes. “Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” John Maxwell
