I'm glad to be back on the blog here in 2022! Good things are coming this year!
It's been a wild few months. In November 2021, I went to the OT Entrepreneur Summit Live, in Boca Raton, FL. I was blessed to meet with amazing occupational therapists and business owners from all walks of life. It was life changing! I identified my goals, values, and vision for Peaceful Transitions OT. I met supportive OTs that have become accountability partners for my business.
My main takeaways:
Growing a business is a process
Asking for help with things I don't know how to do allows me to help my clients more efficiently and have a greater impact
Accountability with others is super important!
And good enough is good enough!!
